The engine is no good in my car and I am getting a good deal on a engine off of a 2005 BMW 330i can I use the engine in my car ? If I use my parts?.is the engine its self the same since it is a 3.0 v6?

A 2005 330 is the E46 body style, uses the M54 engine and The 2007 530 is the E60 body style and uses the N52 motor, they are not cross compatible. The E60 did offer that engine in early production runs, the amount of work required is not worth the effort for your stated project.
