Hello my name is Dave.

My data indicates that it will provided the water pump is driven by the same cam, some are driven by the intake cam and others are driven by the exhaust cam. Good luck and let us know if we can help you any further and thank you for using 2CarPros!

Good morning,

As the previous tech stated, there are some minor differences but the simple answer is yes, it will fit. The 2008 model had an early or late build. That would be determined by the production date on the donor motor which is located on the drivers door tag.

The early build is exactly the same engine. The late build has some differences with the water pump location.

Before committing, I would confirm the production date on the donor motor. The cut off for build is 12/2006.
