Hello my name is Dave.

From the data I have that should be a direct replacement as long as it's automatic, for future reference I have found that looking it up on car-parts.com to be a very reliable database for interchange. I just looked up replacement engines for your car and it shows what years are compatible however I am not 100% sure if it differentiates between the automatic and the manual just because of the flywheel or if there is a casting difference in the blocks which would make them truly incompatible. I hope this helps and thank you for using 2CarPros!
