Engine surging

Engine surging up and down when stood goes up on rev counter to 1600 revs then drops back only dose this when car is at tuning temperature.

We do not have a lot of information on this car, but i would be looking into the idle control system, and vacuum leaks around the throttle body and inlet manifold, start here.
