Engine surges

We have changed the spark plugs, spark plug wires, EGR, ignition module, ignition coils, air mass sensor, map sensor, catalytic converter and still is giving fuel to rich and engine surges. I do not know what to do. Help!

first thing you do is scan for codes and check fuel pressure quit changing what you think is wrong. fuel pressure can cause this as well as a throttle plate that is dirty or idle air control or a vacuum leak. auto parts rent pressure gauge and scan for codes for free. check for vacuum leaking and use choke cleaner to clean throttle plate on both sides and IAC hole.
