The car went through a deep puddle and stalled. All the electronics still work. Spark plugs are dry. Water was in the air intake filter, and inside the manifold.

Hi,

If you got water into the intake manifold, that is a concern. Here is what I suggest: Remove all spark plugs and crank the engine so if there is water in the cylinders, it will be blown out.

Next, allow the plugs to stay removed for several hours. Also, remove the air induction tube between the air box and the throttle body and allow that to dry out as well.

Once you have given everything a chance to dry, change the motor oil and the filter just in case anything made its way into the engine.

Let me know if that helps. If it doesn't or you have already tried this, let me know.
