Engine stalls, revs upand down

When I give the car the gas it stalls for a second or so. Also, engine speed goes up and down after it warms up.

Clean throttle plate on both sides and IAC hole with choke cleaner then check fuel pressure with a gauge auto parts rent it. See link.
