My truck is rough running, the check gauges light, oil pressure fluctuates, then goes to zero, engine stalls.

It sounds like the engine is out of oil, I would check the oil and if low let's change it out for fresh oil and filter. Also, we should run the codes to see what comes up then we can go from there to help fix the problem.
