Engine stalling

When running engine will stall, gauges go crazy (erratic jumping) and radio makes lots of noise.

Unknown, was told later problem started after starter was replaced.

I need to know this information. How do you know if it is good if you do not know the voltage?

Looked at car myself. Also not stalling. Code is P700.

OK, check the battery cables connections and make sure they are clean and tight.
