Engine stalls when engine is warm?

I recently picked up the car listed above with a 454 BB bored over 60 with an 850 CFM carb and a tremec 5 speed transmission. I've noticed that once my engine is warm, when I come to a red light or a stop my engine starts to stutter and shuts down unless I keep my foot on the gas. I've had my carburetor adjusted and my mechanic replaced some needles but I continue to have this issue. When my engine is warm it runs around 180 degrees.
So far, I've replaced my fuel pump, installed a new gas tank and sending unit and had my carbs looked at and adjusted. I can't figure out what's causing the engine to shut down. Any ideas?

It sounds like you may have a vacuum leak, have you tried to see if any of the vacuum caps at the base of the carb are missing, this can happen if the engine backfires. Here is a guide you can use with the engine cold to see if you can find the leak:
