Once the temp reaches 210 the truck runs horribly until engine kills and won't start again until engine has cooled. I've replaced bank 2 o2 sensor, fuel filter, thermostat, coolant temp sensor and battery. HELP!

When it fails to restart, have you checked to see if there is proper fuel pressure to the engine as well as spark to the plugs?

I forgot to say I just put 6 new plugs double platinum gapped to.60 and I replaced my distributer about 3-4 years ago. But I haven't done a gas pressure test. I thought since when it's cool it starts it wasn't the fuel pressure?

With today's cars, one can never be sure what is causing the problem. Lol Do me a favor. When the engine doesn't start, check to see if you are getting spark to the plugs. Even though they are new, something else could be causing a problem. If you are getting spark, see if the engine will start using starting fluid. If it does, then we have a fuel system issue.

Let me know what you find.

Joe
