Engine shuts down when head lights are on

Just purchased the vehicle listed above it is a Prado diesel. it has a problem when I turn the head lights on it cuts out and the oil temperature light comes on.

Hi HOOKFòOT,

There is a fault with the wiring and that is interfering with the power supply for operating the engine.

Perform a scan to check for trouble codes and let us know the exact code if any found.
