Engine shut down

Transmission over temp light came on and jeep shut down and won't restart' Fluids are good and the problem hasn't happened before. There is also an issue with the a/c, where the a/c is working but nothing comes through the vents.

have a trans guy look at trans it may be something else. for a/c try pulling hvac fuse for 60 seconds then reinstalling. it may reset actuator, if not the actuatuor may be bad
