Engine shakes really bad

I drove for 120km/h for about twenty minutes and I felt my engine is shaking really bad, which I have not felt before. I tried to turn the AC off but the shaking is still there. When the car is in idle the shaking is still there and when the AC is on the engine shakes violently and there is no strength when I try to put my feet on the gas. I stopped for a couple of hours and the engine is having a hard time turning on. I took the battery out to check but it is still fine.

This is typical of worn spark plugs and wires. How long since the engine has been tuned up?

I think almost a year now. I am using the car to travel almost 150 km a week. If the spark plugs and wires will be changed, will the shaking of the engine stop as well as while the AC is turned on?

Logically, the shaking will stop if the spark plugs are replaced, and they are the cause of the problem. Nothing has been diagnosed yet. Worn spark plugs are the best suspect, but there are other things that can cause an engine to shake.
