My vehicle has the v6 engine. I noticed it start to run slower and slower now it will only run if gas pedal is pushed to floor or I unplug one of the injectors. I am suspecting possible fuel pressure too high. So I replaced fuel pressure regulator upon inspection of old regulator found broken spring and more black junk than a cup of Texas tea. So put in a new regulator. It still seems to be getting too much fuel. Now my next step is replacing both injectors since my pops already ordered a set, but one injector does seem to squirt more than the other and when idling (barely) on one injector if I plug the other. One in it bogs down enough to shut off the engine unless countering by opening the throttle body by hand. So any and all help is greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
MK.

Sounds as if the entire fuel system needs cleaning, the tank will probably be full of muck as will the filter, fuel lines and fuel rail will also have to be cleaned. Do not fit the new injectors until all cleaning has been done as you will probably damage the injectors if rust and dirt are still present in the system.
