Engine Runs high on rpm when turning steering wheel

Hi there...the problem I came across on this car is that when I drive on the road straight its okay but when I turn the steering wheel to left or right the rpm will automatically increase but itself...need some help please?

we don't have that model in the US but from your description it may be low on trans fluid and slips when you go around a corner. check that and have a trans guy check it.we hav eno info on this car
