I purchased new spark plugs (NGK (4589) IFR6T-11 Laser Iridium Spark Plug) now it's throwing multiple misfire codes P0300, P0302, P0304, and P0308.
Wrong plug? Gap? Old plugs were worn and black.

Nope these are the correct spark plugs. Here are the ones that are recommended and the spark plug gap as well. I would recheck the spark plugs to make sure they are not cracked, and the gap is correct.
Here are the original equipment (OE) recommendations:

Denso SK20R11 - Iridium spark plug
NGK IFR6T11 - Iridium spark plug

The recommended gap for these spark plugs is 0.044 inches (1.1 mm) but always verify the gap before installation.

Torque. 18 N.M (184 kgf. Cm, 13 ft. Lbf)

I would also replace the ignition coils as well as these are a high failure item. Clear the codes once the job is completed. Check out the images (below). Please upload pictures or videos in your response of any problems so we can see what to help you with.
