What is the easiest way to complete an engine replacement?

120,000 MILES • 3.2L • V6 • 4WD • AUTOMATIC

I have an engine replacement coming up soon on the vehicle listed above 3.2 and I've been searching forums and trying to figure out the most efficient/faster way to replace the engine. I looked at the manual and it said out the bottom and I also saw remove the front bumper has anyone done this before?

Hi,

There is no fast way of doing it. I've tried. LOL You are looking at approximately 20+ hours in flat-rate labor.

The engine and transmission will be removed from the bottom as a unit attached to the subframe.

I have the directions. However, I need to know what transmission is in the vehicle to provide the correct ones. See pic below.
