engine repair light

This light has come on and will not go off. when this first happened the engine was sluggish and blew a lot of smoke and once warmed up would only rev to about 2000 rpm. I have been working on the rear of the vehicle/tray for several weeks and had to recharge the battery before starting.

You need to get it scanned for codes and check fluids to see what is wrong.
