Engine overfill oil entered air intake manifold and into firing combustion chamber, so I think I’m just going to replace the entire engine, assembled heads and all. But what are some parts I’ll need for the lc9? And should I replace the flex plate put anger?

Hi,

As far as the flex plate, just inspect it to make sure there are no cracks or damaged teeth. Also, I strongly recommend getting the same engine size and model year. If you change the size, you will need to replace several other things such as vacuum harnesses, wiring harnesses, modules, mounts, and so on.

I attached the directions below for the removal and replacement of the engine for this vehicle. I hope they help.

Let me know if you have other questions.

Take care,

Joe
