Engine rattles and shakes

Today the car start making a loud rattle in front. So I popped the hood watched the engine rattle turned off. Later looked over cant see anything wrong turned on again and it is normal a few minutes then rattle shake again. Turned off and when I tried to turn on made a thump noise and wouldn't turn over.

Hello,

It sounds like you may have a blown head gasket. Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so we can hear the noise? That would be great. You can upload it here with your response. Then I can tell you what is wrong.
