Engine started to rattle after about an hour drive out of the blue. Stop at gas station and when I got back in it started the rattle noise. I took of belt and replaced tensioner plate and pulley. Sound not coming from alternator or other pulleys. Seems like it is coming from front of engine.

First make sure it is not low oil pressure causing the noise, if that is okay, you will have to pull the timing cover off and inspect here if you thing that the noise is from the front of the engine and not external belt related.
