Engine overheating. You can hear coolant bubbling (kind of sounds like boiling) when you shut the car off. We replaced the thermostat today and that didn't help. It still overheated while driving it.

Hello,

This could be a problem with your water pump. There should be a weep hole visible when you inspect the water pump. Could you check and see if you have coolant coming from it. This usually happens when the water pumps bearing starts to fail.
I have included a couple of links for you down below.

In the diagrams down below I have also included step by step instructions for the removal and installation specifically of your vehicle water pump. Please get back to us with what you find out.

Thanks,
Alex
