The test analyzer says to replace the cooling fan motor relay, but there are three, should I replace the three?

What tells you to replace the relay?

What code did you see for this?
Does the cooling fan work at all?
I attached a wiring diagram for you to view. Test for power to the relay on the red wires first to be sure there is power available.
