The engine temperature is normal at the low speed but the engine overheated on higher speeds. No error at the system and no coolant leak.

I assume you mean it is overheating?
Two things come to mind.
1. Thermostat. It may not be totally open.
2. Radiator clogged with debris not allowing circulation at higher rpm.
