I let my car warm up in the morning for about fifteen minutes. There is still no heat unless I’m going down main road fast enough. The two hoses off of the heating core are both cold but my gauge reeds normal after warming up. could this be a water pump issue?

Hello,

This could be an issue with your heater core possibly bypassed. If it is not bypassed then there could be an issue with your thermostat. I have included a link for you below that will take you to a troubleshooting guide for your heater. Please go through it and get back to us with what you find out.
