Engine oil pan removal

How do your remove and replace an oil pan on the car listed above? Can you remove all the bolts and just pull it off?

So you only have to take off the drive belt besides taking off the bolts of the oil pan?

It also says the lower AC compressor bolt but I think this is just for clearance so I would play that by hear. Other than that, it looks like that is it according to the service manual.
