Runs great. No moisture in crankcase. Good compression across all four cylinders. With the research that I found on this f23 VTEC engine. I found that Honda had a problem from 1999 to 2002 concerning porous engine block castings.

Good morning,

This indicates a either a cracked clock or the block being porous as you stated.

The engine will have to be replaced.
