Engine not starting no current to spark plugs, where is the ECM relay located?

Engine cranking but not starting. I would like to know the location of the ECM relay and color.

Sure, here is the location of the PCM relay and I have included a guide to help test it if needed.

My IPDM has only 4 relays and fuses.
