Here is a link on how to test the fuel injectors. If the test light lights up then replace the faulty injectors. If test light does not light up then check for a short or open circuit for the fuel injectors.

This sounds like a fuel pump or the crankshaft angle sensor has gone out. When you turn the key to the on position without cranking the engine over can you hear the fuel pump run in the tank for 5 seconds?

About six months it was house garage as ideal condition it was running condition now car not starting, hence renewed wiring harness. Overhauled engine with new piston ring, though tried out cranking, but engine not starting. If put some octane through inlet line engine tends to start, but finally not starting the engine.

Check that the theft deterrent system is not activated (if equipped).
Check fuel pump fuse and/or relay. Replace as necessary. If all is well, spray carburetor/throttle body cleaner into the throttle body and then try starting the vehicle. If it starts, suspect contaminated fuel or a faulty fuel pump.
