Engine in limp mode?

The throttle body and electronic foot pedal was replaced. Car starts and runs well, except very slow as if it's on limp mode.

It sounds like the throttle body needs to be relearned which is common if you do not service the throttle bore correctly. This guide will help you with the CAN video below which will show you how you can relearn the throttle bore:
