Engine noise

Hello, the engine is making a noise that I can not express that sound so I will send you a short video so you can see it. I showed it to two mechanics in my country one of them said it's related to its typits and other one said it's related to water pump, and now I'm wondering about its problem which is why I did contact to a foreign source. By the way I feel the noise is coming from engine itself. Its type of engine is tu5. Please give me of your opinion maybe it can help me. Actually it's a bad situation that I am stuck. Thanks a lot if you can help me.

Hi,

This does sound like a tappet or valve tap. Unfortunately, there is no way to repair it other than to replace them. Clearly, the video may not be distorting the noise but I have heard that noise many times in other engines so I am confident that is what it is.
