Good afternoon,

If it is coming from inside the engine, something internal has failed like a bearing or broken piston.

It would be cheaper to replace the engine with a used engine that tries to fix the issue.

If you could attach a video of the noise, we can confirm it.

Hello,

First thing you should do is check your oil level. Low oil could make noise from the engine.
