I recently replaced two engine mounts in my car, the other two looked fine and the engine still jumps a little when accelerating to ten miles per hour then stops. it is one quick jump and it is fine for the rest of the drive until i have to use reverse or park.

recheck the ones that you did not replace and make sure others bolts are tight.
