Engine mount bolt?

Finishing putting back the engine and transmission, there are 2 19" bolts that hold the transmission mount bracket to the frame, they came out okay. Installing them, they went in hard and both the same way, with an impact they stop halfway, to install washers as they are so close to the frame so i can't add any washers to make it tight. Any suggestions?

It sounds like the bolts are stripped; can you upload an image of what you are talking about? You might be able to use a washer but if the bolt is stripped then we need to repair it. I can help walk you through it if you upload images, here are the instructions and torque specs for the job in the images below. Check out the images (below).
