My volvo s40 1.6 start misfire after the service (changed timing belt) after that its start misfire after two miles of run or when the temperature get half in the meter. I check with local volvo dealer they could't figure it out.
I replace EGR MAF AND COLANT SENSORS
It does't cure the problem, I noticed that fan is running more time than the usual even after engine is turned off.

Scan for codes and check fuel pressure with a gauge. Check for a vacuum leak and finally check compression. It may be an interference engine and bent a valve.

No codes throwing, fuel pressure is fine and compression is fine.

It means if timing belt was incorrectly installed or jumped the valve could have hit the piston and bent. But if compression is ok it is ok. Have a local mechanic do a freeze frame and check sensors for being not or to much voltage as well as injectors and check for a vacuum leak.
