Engine malfunction

Just replaced the vacuum pump. In order to replace it, I had to disconnect battery for a while. Job is done, but I see EPC, CEL warning light and panel says "service now"
EPC says engine malfunction.
OBDII scanner gives me codes :7E8 and 7E9.

These are control module menu one for the engine and the other for the transmission.

Fault codes will be a P code or a B code or U code.

EPC is electronic pedal control you may just have to do a code clear. I would do this first.
