Engine lopes no power

Car starts and runs fine at low rpms but when you rev the moter upabove 2000 rpms it lopes from high rpms to low rpms also when driven it has no power and wont run over about 25 or 30 any suggestions as to what causes this thanks

Scan for codes and check fuel pressure with a gauge auto parts rent it also check for a vacuum leak

No leaks good fuel no cel also checked cat and exhaust are clear

What was the fuel pressure the finger test on Schrader valve doesn't cut it.
