engine light on and it is idling rough, stalling and lack of power

rough idling, stalling, lack of power. first found reading of P0170 cleared codes. Light came back on this time with a P0172 code.

check fuel pressure it may be a regulator bad, see link. auto parts rent gauge should be 49.8 psi if it drops slow or fast can be a regulator or injectors.

fuel pressure ok. cleaned MAF, changed air filter. P0172 code engine light comes on when engine is hot after driving 20-40 miles, could it be a faulty O2 sensor?

see pic for causes could be the O2 but also other things. O2 sensors are very sensitive to silicone so if sealer was piled on someplace in engine may have contaminated it.
