engine kicking back

I have posted this before.This truck parked one night the next night starter not engaging and it kicked back real hard,and no has messed with it.But new starter it it still kicks back fuel pressure good it has spark it has no alarm system wires are on correct.So what could have happened from just sitting there overnight, this engine kicks back a lot timing belt did not break either.Can I get a logical theory please.

I answered this before and thought this may have been firing order . the only thing I can think of is the timing belt slipped a tooth. possibly due to mileage as well as tensioner wear. recommended replacement is 90 000 miles. for both if oil got on it then it's a shorter time.
