Engine just tripped a P1355 and P1353 code that has engine shaking violently only at low RPM.

230,000 MILES • 4.6L • AUTOMATIC

Problem has been intermitant over past month. I am suspecting EVAP system problem or electrical connector to the ignition coil. Spark plugs were replaced along with a new ignition coil (B). Ive driven all 232K miles.
