Engine is sputtering?

We recently bought this car. We checked it out, everything was working great, it turned on no engine light and ran good on the freeway. Then one morning we were leaving, and it wouldn’t start. We checked, and it said it was the fuel pump. We got it fixed and we got it to turn on for only 2 seconds then the engine started sputtering again.
Please help locating the problem.

This sounds like bad gas, but we should run the codes even though the check engine light is not on. Also, a short video on how the engine is running will help me fix the problem. You can upload it here in your response. Here are two guides to help us see what's going on. Please go over them and get back to me.
