engine is shaking during drive after I have washed it.

There is no power and a time of gathering speed is increased.

Sounds like you got water in around the coil plug boots. Pull coil packs and blow out around plugs and boots with compressed air. Water caused the ignition of coils to misfire directly to block and no spark event is performed.
