Engine is running rough

When I come to a stop the engine is shaking like it has a misfire, but when I gas it everything seems to smooth out? What is the problem?

check for a vacuum leak like a hose off/cracked etc. also check for air leaks like duct work going to throttle, grommets. if it continues scan for codes and check fuel pressure with a gauge.
