Will a 1995 Chevrolet Blazer 4x4 VIN 8th digit w 4.3l vortec go into a 2000 Chevrolet Astro awd VIN 8th digit w? Without any major modifications?

Yes, it will. You may have to change the exhaust manifolds but the rest should be good.
