every component in the engine bay?

Hi, i just got this old 1979 Ford F150 Ranger and am trying to get familiar with the older generation of engine components, such as a durable spark box. Is there any picture or blueprint that can show me every component in the engine bay area? Any info is greatly appreciated.

Oh sorry, the engine size is a 351 modified ford v8. Do you have anything on that?
