Will not turnover upon attempted restart?

Stalls when idling after driving then won't turnover upon attempted restart. Eventually it will restart, however, and sometimes there are no issues at all.

So when you say turn over do you mean the engine will not crank (starter operation) or the starter is working but the engine is not running?

When you try to crank it do all of the lights go out? It could be weak battery or a bad connection at the battery. Did the second video help at all? Can you upload a short video of what the car is doing? I need more information.
