Engine failure

The engine idles rough on start and doesn't have a lot of power and wants to shut off when stopping it will restart but barely wants to move today the throttle sensor came on just barely got off highway to safe spot

Hi and thanks for using 2CarPros.com. First, there are many different things which can cause what you described. Since the vehicle is running this poorly, I assume the check engine light is on. What I need you to do is scan the computer and let me know what codes are stored in the computer.

Once you determine what trouble codes are stored in the computer, let me know. That way, I can better help you determine the cause of the issue. Otherwise, there are too many places to start.
