car wont start how do I reset the anti-theft

I cannot start my car at all. it is not the battery. I think its the anti-theft system has turned on because its blinking a red light. Can you please tell me how to reset it?

we have no instructions for that if you have a manual look there or on line for your car on how to do it.

There are no resets that can be done to this system without high tech scan tools capable of accessing the immobilizer module. There is a hard fault in the system that needs to be diagnosed and repaired.
