Hi,
Have you checked fuses? There are three that need to be checked. Two are in the relay box on the left side of the engine compartment, and the other is in a fuse box above the junction box 1. Here is a link you may find helpful:

If you look below, I attached the wiring schematic for the starter circuit. When you check the fuses highlighted, first check the fuse, and then check to make sure there is power to and from the fuse.
If they are good, then I need you to check the clutch safety switch. There will be a black/red wire and a black/white wire. The black with red will send power. Confirm there is power to it when you turn the key to the start position. If there is, depress the clutch pedal and check the black/white wire for power with the key in the start position as well. If there is no power out (black/white wire), disconnect the connector and use a jumper wire in the power side of the connector and connect the two pins with the jumper. Make sure the vehicle is neutral or the clutch is depressed when doing this. If the starter engages, you don't want it to move the truck. If it does, replace the switch.
